Japan has a duty-free threshold, parcels worth up to 10000 JPY (63 EUR) are duty-free and tax-free. Customs payments are calculated including the cost of delivery.

When importing goods worth more than 63 EUR, the following customs tariffs apply:

• Customs duty of up to 12% of the order value.
• Import tax of 10%.

If your order is worth €200, customs will invoice you up to €44:

• up to €24 customs duties;
• up to €20 tax.
